Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the RyxAI Discord bot and dashboard ("the Service"). By adding the bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to them.

The Service

RyxAI provides AI-assisted moderation, administration, and engagement features for Discord servers. Features may change as the product evolves. AI output can be imperfect; significant moderation actions are confirmation-gated and logged, and server admins remain responsible for how the bot is configured and used in their community.

Trial and paid plans

• Every server receives a free trial starting when the bot joins; no payment method is required for the trial. Removing and re-adding the bot does not restart it.
• After the trial, AI features require an active paid plan for that server. Built-in spam, invite-link, and scam protection remain available on expired servers.
• Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, renew automatically, and can be cancelled any time — access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Self-serve plans cover one server per account; multi-server plans are available through sales.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only in ways that comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Don't use RyxAI to harass, discriminate, or violate others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service (including prompt-injection attacks and automated scraping).
• You are responsible for having the authority to add the bot to a server and configure moderation for it.

Your content

You retain all rights to your server's content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (processing messages through our AI providers, storing configuration and moderation records) as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can remove the bot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse of these terms. On termination, stored server data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. RyxAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on the site.
